This opportunity comes at a pivotal time, as the Group continues to expand during a significant period of growth. Permanent role. Place of work is Ballymena. Salary (Negotiable) + Bonus (Considerable) + Company Car + Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, etc.
Responsibilities:
- The responsibility is to assist the General Manager in running the Ballymena dealership.
- Leading the team to achieve corporate objectives.
- Coordinating the team to develop and implement the business plan.
- Lead the team to succeed, continuously looking for areas to improve performance and refine process to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coaching and mentoring the team.
- Effective communication within the business.
