Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in running the Ballymena dealership.
- Lead the team to achieve corporate objectives.
- Coordinate the team to develop and implement the business plan.
- Continuously look for areas to improve performance and refine processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coach and mentor the team.
- Ensure effective communication within the business.
