This role is ideal for someone who excels in dynamic environments and is eager to work remotely, delivering exceptional solutions across the UK and Ireland.
About the Role:
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring efficient and reliable code deployments.
- Collaborate with software development teams to create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM Templates, Terraform, or similar.
- Automate deployment processes via PowerShell and Azure CLI, enhancing system scalability and performance.
- Ensure cloud security and compliance with best practices using Azure Security features such as NSGs, Azure Firewall, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Support and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Oversee general Windows Server management, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement of cloud-based infrastructure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with Terraform for IaC automation.
- Knowledge of Linux-based systems.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
