Our client, a family-founded, design-led e-commerce brand headquartered in Northern Ireland. Known for combining style, comfort, and affordability, the business works closely with an in-house design team and a global supplier network to deliver high-quality, contemporary products through both online and in-store channels. As part of this growth, they are hiring a Brand Representative to join their Retail Partnerships team. This is a highly visible, field-based role where you'll act as the face of the brand in-store, ensuring products are showcased to the highest standard and delivering an engaging, memorable customer experience. This position plays a key role in driving in-store performance, strengthening retail relationships, and ensuring the brand is consistently represented at its best.
The Role
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on retail environment, enjoys working with people, and has a strong visual eye. You’ll be responsible for elevating the brand’s in-store presence, supporting sales growth, and acting as a key link between retail partners and internal teams. You’ll work closely with store staff, logistics, and the Retail Business Development Manager to ensure stock, displays, and promotions are executed seamlessly across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the in-store brand ambassador, representing the business with confidence, professionalism, and strong product knowledge.
- Drive sales performance through engaging storytelling, product demonstrations, up selling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure all visual merchandising standards are consistently met, including implementation and display refreshes.
- Support store openings, refits, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
- Monitor display stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and proactively flag potential risks.
- Liaise with retail partners and logistics teams to support smooth deliveries and resolve issues quickly.
- Complete detailed store visit reports, including photo records, visual standards, and stock health.
- Maintain accurate POS trackers, schedules, SOPs, and administrative records.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year experience as a brand representative or a retail merchandiser.
- Motivated to work a field based role, visiting our retail customers, with skills and ability to build lasting relationships in-store.
- Willingness to travel regularly covering NI and ROI (when needed).
- Confident handling products, installing displays, and managing physical merchandising tasks.
- A strong visual eye with attention to detail and creative flair.
- Full UK/ROI driving license.
