Working within the Infrastructure Services team, you will act as a senior technical escalation point, taking ownership of complex incidents, driving service improvements and contributing to the design and implementation of technology solutions across the business. You'll be joining an established IT function within a large, complex organisation, where you'll have the opportunity to influence technology decisions, contribute to major infrastructure projects and take ownership of enterprise-level solutions. This is a varied position combining technical architecture, hands-on operational support and project delivery, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing development of the organisation's workplace technology environment. Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents and problems, driving root cause analysis and service improvements. Design, implement and maintain solutions across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Exchange Online. Lead proactive maintenance, upgrades and patching while identifying opportunities to improve service performance and efficiency. Support infrastructure projects and technology improvements, working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver effective solutions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and workplace platform operations. Strong technical expertise across Active Directory, Hybrid Identity and Microsoft Entra ID. Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and wider collaboration technologies.
