Recognised as one of the UK's best places to work, the company is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused eCommerce Marketing Executive to join its award-winning team.
You'll play a key role in growing the company's online presence, managing eCommerce activity across its website and marketplace channels, and using sales, customer and marketing data to improve visibility, conversion and revenue.

Necessary skills and qualifications
- Previous experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or marketplace management
- Experience creating and optimising product listings and online content
- Strong understanding of eCommerce customer journeys and conversion
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 and eCommerce reporting tools
- Understanding of SEO, product merchandising and online content optimisation
- Experience analysing sales, traffic, conversion and customer data
- Knowledge of paid digital marketing channels, including PPC and marketplace advertising
- Strong understanding of product feeds, catalogue data, SKUs and eCommerce platforms
- Commercially focused with the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills
Job responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management and growth of the company's eCommerce channels
- Create, update and optimise product titles, descriptions, imagery, keywords and online content
- Develop and implement eCommerce marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement
- Monitor website and marketplace performance, including traffic, rankings, conversion and sales
- Support promotional activity, product launches, seasonal campaigns and key commercial events
- Manage and optimise paid digital and marketplace advertising campaigns
- Analyse customer and sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer behaviour
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure products, pricing, stock and promotions are aligned across online channels
- Produce regular eCommerce performance reports with clear commercial insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey and conversion rates
- Support the launch of new products, marketplaces and online channels
- Ensure online content is accurate, engaging and aligned with the wider brand strategy
