About You
- Time-served or qualified Bench Joiner with proven workshop experience - NVQ3 Level
- Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and joinery assembly techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and cutting lists accurately
- High attention to detail and dedication to craftsmanship quality
- Reliable, motivated, and a team player
- Experience in bespoke or high-end joinery is advantageous
What You'll Do
- Manufacture and assemble high-quality timber components including doors, frames, furniture, staircases, and bespoke items
- Work from technical drawings to produce precise joinery pieces
- Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Carry out finishing tasks to meet client specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
- Contribute to the overall productivity and success of the workshop team
