Remuneration: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE package

Client: Our client is a leading main contractor based in Antrim, Northern Ireland. They provide a comprehensive service to a range of clients across multiple sectors including Leisure and Hospitality, Retail, Heritage, Aviation, Healthcare, Offices and other Commercial buildings.

The Role: The Company are growing and as a result are looking to add to their Commercial team; they are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their offices in Antrim. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working for a key client on commercial projects encompassing new build, refurbishment, structural alterations and fitout. The role will be office based the majority of the time with travel to site required once every month or so.

The Ideal Person:

  • Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
  • Established Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
  • Well rounded experience covering new build, refurbishment, structural alterations and fitout
  • Excellent commercial skills and awareness
  • Career focussed and driven to succeed
