- Recent experience in a fast-paced finance environment
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

What you'll do
- Process supplier, agency, and subcontractor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage weekly/monthly supplier and subcontractor payment runs, including reconciliations and ledger postings
- Maintain compliant records regarding VAT, CIS, and RCT, including managing Reverse Charge VAT
- Allocate correct project and cost codes in line with construction job costing procedures
- Liaise professionally with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve payment and tax-related queries
- Support with ad-hoc finance tasks and other duties as required, including call handling and data provision, adhering to GDPR and company policies
