Operations Administrator - Hybrid - County Antrim - £36k - £46k We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Operations Administrator to support the maintenance team. This role is office based with the potential for hybrid working. The role plays an important part in helping to deliver a key contract in Northern Ireland for a long established client. This is an administrative position which focuses on ensuring accurate billing information is submitted on time each month in line with contractual KPIs. You will be in a professional client facing role, supporting a multi-disciplined maintenance and project delivery team. About you Proven experience as a Network Administrator or Operations Administration or a similar role Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and troubleshooting Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to support multi-disciplinary operational teams effectively What you'll do Prioritise workload to align with business needs and client requirements Provide management information for monthly reporting Lead administrative activities under the direction of the Maintenance Manager Manage purchase orders, invoices, and receipting processes Liaise with maintenance and project teams to ensure smooth operations Coordinate regular meetings with clients and internal departments to review billing and performance.
