What you'll do

  • Process supplier, agency, and subcontractor invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Manage weekly/monthly supplier and subcontractor payment runs, including reconciliations and ledger postings
  • Maintain compliant records regarding VAT, CIS, and RCT, including managing Reverse Charge VAT
  • Allocate correct project and cost codes in line with construction job costing procedures
  • Liaise professionally with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve payment and tax-related queries
  • Support with ad-hoc finance tasks and other duties as required, including call handling and data provision, adhering to GDPR and company policies
