Are you looking for an Estimator role? Interested in working for a leading commercial fit out contractor? VANRATH are recruiting an Estimator to work on commercial fit out projects, based in Antrim, Northern Ireland.

Client: Our client is a leading commercial fit‑out contractor based in Antrim, Northern Ireland. They provide a comprehensive fit‑out service to a range of clients across multiple sectors including Leisure and Hospitality, Retail, Heritage, Aviation, Healthcare, Offices and other Commercial buildings.

The Company are busy with a strong order book for the long‑term future and have an opportunity for an Estimator to join their commercial team on a permanent basis, based out of their offices in Antrim.

The Estimator will build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, supply chain, workshop and contract teams and maintain good communications throughout the tender process.

The Ideal Person

  • Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an Estimator role
  • Fitout experience with strong Joinery knowledge
  • Ability to interpret drawings accurately
  • Proficient in calculating material quantities, labour hours, overall project costs and be familiar with estimating software
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively work with clients, designers, supply chain and project teams
