About you
- Strong experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions
- Strong software engineering and architectural capability
- Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and/or Azure
- Comfortable building APIs, services and production pipelines
- Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents and knowledge-based applications
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure and production operations
- Strong understanding of security, privacy and responsible AI
- Able to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Passionate about mentoring and developing engineering capability
What you'll do
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents and knowledge assistants
- Build AI solutions across AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Develop reliable APIs, services and data/AI pipelines
- Translate business challenges into practical AI opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to define technical requirements and measurable outcomes
- Implement monitoring, evaluation and optimisation of AI/ML solutions
- Embed security, privacy, governance and responsible AI practices
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, architecture and product teams
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming and technical coaching
- Develop reusable engineering patterns and contribute to wider AI capability
