Responsibilities:
- Provide professional administrative and secretarial support.
- Handle general enquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Perform typical admin tasks: data input, document creation, filing, photocopying, scanning.
- Manage internal/external communication (face-to-face, email, phone).
- Maintain and update digital and physical records.
- Use IT systems for data entry and performance reporting.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) or 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Full Driving License and access to a car.
Desirable Criteria:
- RSA Stage 1 Word-Processing (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience in secretarial duties.
- Experience in the housing sector.
