VANRATH are delighted to be working with a respected public body seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join their operational team.

About you

You will ideally have experience in:

  • Inputting, validating and authorising data accurately
  • Analysing information to identify basic data errors and taking corrective action
  • Dealing with customer queries, including challenging or difficult callers
  • Using CRM systems to input and maintain customer information
  • Utilising CRM systems to identify, investigate and resolve data errors
  • Working accurately with large volumes of information
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

What you'll do

  • Process, input and validate information accurately and efficiently
  • Undertake appropriate authorisation of data and records
  • Review information to identify basic errors, inconsistencies or discrepancies
  • Investigate data issues and undertake corrective action where required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across relevant systems
  • Input and update customer information using CRM systems
  • Utilise CRM functionality to identify and resolve errors or discrepancies
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Deal confidently with challenging, difficult or dissatisfied callers
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers and resolve queries where possible
  • Carry out general administrative duties and support the wider team as required
