About you
You will ideally have experience in:
- Inputting, validating and authorising data accurately
- Analysing information to identify basic data errors and taking corrective action
- Dealing with customer queries, including challenging or difficult callers
- Using CRM systems to input and maintain customer information
- Utilising CRM systems to identify, investigate and resolve data errors
- Working accurately with large volumes of information
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
What you'll do

- Undertake appropriate authorisation of data and records
- Review information to identify basic errors, inconsistencies or discrepancies
- Investigate data issues and undertake corrective action where required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across relevant systems

- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Deal confidently with challenging, difficult or dissatisfied callers
