We're seeking a meticulous Payroll & Accounts Assistant to support financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

  • Salary of £30,000-£34,000 (dependent on experience)

About you

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
  • 2+ years payroll processing experience for 50+ UK employees using Sage and Micropay
  • 5+ years handling financial data, invoicing, and payments
  • Experience reconciling bank statements and analysing data
  • Advanced MS Excel and proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Nice to have
  • Payroll or accounting qualifications
  • Irish payroll experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like Sage, Navision or Business Central
  • Credit control or GDPR experience
  • Other requirements
  • Reliable, detail-oriented team player
  • Strong communicator with initiative
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel for stock takes as needed
