VANRATH are searching for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a growing business in Craigavon. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for varied role within the finance function.

- Support accounts receivable and payable functions.
- Process weekly and monthly payroll, including generating payroll reports.
- Monitor time and attendance records.
- Reconcile payroll, ensuring accuracy in rates and proper updates for new hires and leavers.
- Prepare payroll journal entries.
- Address payroll queries via email, phone, and in person.
- Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring reports are accurate.
- Perform office administration tasks as needed.
About you
- 2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant or Payroll experience
- Working payroll knowledge of HMRC UK payroll
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
