What You\’ll Get

  • Permanent role with a reputable construction company
  • Work on-site at the Head Office in Cookstown
  • Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

What You\’ll Do

  • Match and review invoices against delivery notes and orders
  • Process invoices using Sage 50
  • Reconcile supplier statements and prepare month-end payment runs
  • Reconcile debit and credit card statements
  • Manage supplier and staff queries and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain organised records
  • Support general administrative and accounting duties

About You

  • Minimum 12 months\’ experience in an accounts role
  • Sage 50 experience essential
  • Construction sector experience a plus but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Good numerical and analytical ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player with the initiative to work independently
