What you\’ll do
- Manage Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices and manage monthly payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Process interdepartmental invoices and allocate costs to relevant cost centres
- Analyse and prepare employee expenses
- Compile monthly KPIs to aid decision-making
- Prepare and post month-end journals, including accruals and prepayments
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Ensure deadlines are met for month-end processes
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Conduct stock reconciliations and support stock control/reporting
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide ad-hoc support to the accounts team as required
About you
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills
