About you
- 12-18 months\’ experience in accounts administration or similar finance role
- Comfortable with invoice processing, data entry and reconciliations
- Confident user of Excel; experience with Sage/Xero/QuickBooks is desirable
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
- Proactive, team-oriented and eager to learn
What you\’ll do
- Monitor the accounts inbox and maintain accurate records
- Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolve queries
- Raise sales invoices and post receipts; assist with credit control admin
- Post bank transactions and support weekly/month-end payment runs
- Maintain supplier/customer master data and general admin support for the finance team
