Finance Administrator (Immediate start)
Are you a recent Graduate eager to turn 1 year\’s experience into real progression?
As Finance Administrator, you\’ll own day-to-day income processing and reconciliations, partner with site teams and banks, and help refine finance policies and processes.
This is a great stepping-stone for an early-career finance professional or recent Finance/Accountancy graduate with an industry placement who\’s keen to (re)enter finance in Belfast City Centre.
What you\’ll get

- Office-based, collaborating with operational teams across multiple sites

What you\’ll do
- Keep cash books and AR up to date; record bank lodgements.
- Process petty cash and carry out site checks.
- Prepare journals, update the finance system, allocate DD/card payments.
- Reconcile accounts and produce ad-hoc reports/analysis.
- Work with site teams, banks and others; help update finance policies/processes.
- Follow internal policies, support performance processes, and handle ad-hoc tasks.
About you
- 5 GCSEs/O Levels at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- 1+ year in a finance office with reconciliation experience.
- Strong Excel/IT skills;
- Willing to assist across the wider finance team as required.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated to deliver a quality service to operational teams.
