– Managing purchase order administration and processing invoices to the ERP system
– Document management of invoices and statements
– Costing invoices
– Reconciling statements
– Efficiently resolving queries and communicating with suppliers
– Reconciling company accounts
– Assisting with management accounts
– Providing cover for payroll duties Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts, preferably as a finance officer, Accounting Technician, or Accounts Assistant
– IATI qualified or equivalent qualification
– Strong communication skills
