VANRATH are partnering with one of the largest Housing Associations in NI in their search for a Site Supervisor initially on a 6 month contract with a view of being made permanent.

Salary: This role offers £43,596 pa plus excellent holiday allowance, Van & Fuel card.

The Ideal Person:

  • Demonstrable high level knowledge and experience managing Engineers and sub-contractors.
  • Demonstrable high level technical knowledge of maintenance works in a social housing environment.
  • Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Sound knowledge of building maintenance services with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the maintenance and building sector.
  • Experience in programming, managing and delivering Small Project Works, & Minor Multi-Trade Building Works.
  • Current valid, and clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities:

  • To take responsibility for the site supervision of minor multi-trade building works, and small project works, including pre and post inspections, to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused service to Customers.
  • Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary, you will initially focus on the provision of response repair services and Planned Works to a third of our stock, based largely in the Greater Belfast area.
  • The objective is to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction and to drive better value for money for our stakeholders.
