About you
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in civil construction projects, ideally with familiarity in JCT & NEC contracts
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational, numerical, and IT skills
- Ability to work independently and on site with frequent travel as required
- Proven ability to manage project costs, contracts, and change processes effectively
What you'll do
- Manage project costs, prepare budgets, and final account submissions
- Procure supply chain partners and assess subcontractor interim payments
- Support valuation, variations, and change management processes
- Assist with claims for Extension of Time and Loss & Expense submissions
- Ensure compliance with contractual and health & safety standards
- Build strong relationships with operational and commercial teams to drive project success
