About you
- Proven experience as a Production Manager within food manufacturing, preferably in chilled, frozen, or ambient environments
- Strong understanding of batch manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, BRCGS, and legal compliance
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems, with experience in ERP systems being a plus
- Relevant qualifications such as LEAN Manufacturing, IOSH/NEBOSH (desirable)

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean techniques to optimise productivity and reduce waste
