About you
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll processing across multiple countries and entities
- Proven management experience, with a hands‑on approach in leading small teams
- Strong vendor management skills, especially in managing outsourced payroll providers
- Excellent knowledge of payroll and expenses within a multinational environment
- Bachelor's degree; CPP or similar certification is preferred
What you’ll do
- Lead and develop the global payroll, mobility, travel, and expenses team, acting as the main point of contact for queries and escalations
- Oversee end‑to‑end relationship management with outsource vendors, ensuring data accuracy, timely processing, and service level compliance
- Manage the transition between payroll vendors, including data migration, testing
- Review and reconcile all payroll and expenses data, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies
- Support integration projects for newly acquired entities and contribute to process improvement initiatives
