VanRath Search & Selection is recruiting for a Band 4 Estates Contract Lead Administrator on a temporary basis in Lisburn. The role requires Estates or Procurement experience, with full-time hours, 9am–5pm, 37.5 hours per week, and a 6-month maternity cover with possible extension.

You will administer contracts, maintain filing systems, manage tender data, and support the Estates Contracts Manager with payments, audits, and compliance documentation.
