VANRATH is partnering with a respected manufacturing organisation to recruit an HRBP for its Limavady operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team environment, working closely with leadership to deliver key HR initiatives and support organisational growth.

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong HR generalist experience alongside excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Candidate Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or above) with strong HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation, HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
  • Experience using HRMS/HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Confident building relationships and advising managers and senior stakeholders on HR matters
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and leadership teams to support day-to-day HR operations and provide expert HR advice
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, graduate/apprenticeship programmes, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, HR reporting, and people data analysis
  • Support employee relations matters, absence management, occupational health, and performance review processes
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, training, and people initiatives
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and people-focused workplace culture across the business
