About you

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry and Joinery
• Proven experience in social housing refurbishments or similar environments
• Knowledge of building regulations, lettable standards, and health & safety procedures
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, adaptable, and works well within a team

What you’ll do

• Complete all types of joinery works such as kitchen installs, door hanging, skirting, architraves, flooring, and window repairs
• Ensure void properties meet lettable standards prior to handover
• Collaborate with other trades to deliver cohesive refurbishments
• Maintain high safety standards and uphold company procedures
• Accurately complete job documentation and report any issues promptly
• Support the maintenance of tools and van stock
