Operating within a highly skilled team, they work on prestigious Residential, Commercial, and Public Sector projects across the UK and Ireland, utilising cutting-edge carpentry techniques and project management tools. As a reputable industry leader, they uphold a strong commitment to quality and innovation, with direct reporting lines to the Managing Director.
About you
- At least 3 years of relevant surveying experience within the construction sector
- Third level qualification in Surveying or related field
- Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contract forms
- Proven track record in managing contractual claims and disputes
- Proficiency with conquest estimating packages and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines
- Willingness to travel across and outside of the UK as needed
What you'll do
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for bespoke joinery packages
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation to support cost planning
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Collaborate with design and project teams for seamless project handovers and pre-construction support
- Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities during the tender process
