You’ll join a service-led maintenance provider operating across response maintenance and repair works. The role supports void and tenanted properties, with work spanning surveying, fault finding, roofing repairs and general joinery as required—so you’ll be part of a team that keeps properties compliant, cared for and customer-focused. About you

  • Experience working as a Plasterer across construction and maintenance
  • Competent with response repair activity on void and tenanted properties
  • Knowledge of safe working practices and the ability to follow health and safety guidelines at all times
  • A good eye for detail, with a commitment to clean and tidy workspaces
  • Confidence working under instruction to meet client needs
  • Ability to complete relevant site-based/company documentation (electronically or paper-based)

Preferred experience

  • Prior plastering experience is essential
  • Experience delivering domestic, commercial and/or industrial plastering work is preferred
