  • Proven experience in credit and collections or finance functions
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage customer disputes and overdue accounts
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Nice to have skills
  • Third Level Qualification in Finance or related field
  • Experience within a global shared service environment
  • Preferred Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in credit management or collections roles
  • Experience working with automated systems and credit check tools
