VANRATH, on behalf of a large Public Sector Organisation, invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor (Public Sector) based in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. The role is initially for 3 months with a view to extension, predominantly on-site at the Craigavon site.
You will prepare specifications, drawings, bills of quantities and schedules of rates for tenders, and work with the NIHE procurement team. The role requires knowledge of quantity surveying software and contract interpretation.
