HR Officer (SER11251) Craigavon, Northern Ireland
VANRATH are assisting a leading organisation in the recruitment of an experienced HR Officer for a temporary contract based in Craigavon.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a busy and supportive HR team, providing operational HR support across a wide range of employee relations and people management activities.
The Role
The HR Officer will support managers and employees across a broad range of HR functions, ensuring best practice and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
- Supporting employee relations casework including absence management, disciplinary and grievance matters
- Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
- Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
- Ensuring HR records and systems are maintained accurately
- Assisting with policy implementation and HR projects
- Producing HR reports and management information
- Supporting compliance with employment legislation and organisational procedures
About You
- Previous experience working within a HR function
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Strong organisational and administrative skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A CIPD qualification, or progress towards CIPD, would be advantageous.
