About you
- Degree educated in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a buying, product development or related commercial role
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Experience forecasting stock requirements and managing inventory
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Creative and innovative mindset with an eye for market trends

What you’ll do
- Develop and implement product and range strategies aligned to customer and market requirements
- Analyse sales performance and market trends to inform buying decisions
- Forecast stock requirements and manage purchasing activities
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing partners to manage product sourcing and delivery
- Conduct competitor analysis, trend research and market reviews
- Lead product meetings and gather feedback from key stakeholders
- Support seasonal launches, promotions and merchandising activities
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams on product launches and trade events
