Community Partnership Officer
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 per annum
Duration: 3β6 months initially
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Belfast
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Working with community partners, stakeholders and voluntary groups to improve support services.
- Supporting partner organisations to plan, deliver and review services in line with funding requirements.
- Helping develop systems to measure service impact on health and wellbeing.
- Providing guidance and advice to organisations managing funding.
- Preparing reports for management on outcomes, progress and performance.
- Identifying training needs and supporting organisations to build capacity.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring databases are kept up to date.
- Representing the organisation at meetings, events and programme activities.
Qualifications
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of programme or project experience working within the community and voluntary sector.
- Practical experience of developing positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the community and voluntary sector.
- Practical experience developing Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and monitoring progress against key outcomes.
- Experience of analysing complex financial and non-financial information and producing recommendations to management.
- A current UK Driving Licence with access to a car. This will be waived in the case of an applicant whose disability prohibits driving but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements.
