VANRATH is delighted to be supporting a highly regarded professional organisation in the recruitment of a Marketing & Administration Coordinator for an initial interim contract based in Belfast City Centre. It is an excellent opportunity for an organised and creative individual who enjoys a varied role combining marketing, communications and business support responsibilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role supporting day‑to‑day operations, stakeholder engagement and digital communications activity. The position is ideally suited to someone who is comfortable balancing administrative duties alongside social media, content and marketing support within a fast‑paced professional environment.
The Role
- Assisting with social media management and content scheduling across professional platforms
- Supporting marketing campaigns, member communications and promotional activity
- Creating and coordinating digital content, newsletters and marketing materials
- Updating website content and supporting online engagement initiatives
- Coordinating meetings, training sessions, workshops and events
- Managing bookings, attendee records and CRM/database updates
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the wider team
- Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting reporting, documentation and day‑to‑day office coordination
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within a marketing, communications, administration or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing or supporting social media and digital communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using Canva, Mailchimp, CRM systems or website platforms would be advantageous
