About You
The ideal candidate will bring strong HR generalist experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Candidate Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards qualification)
- Previous experience within a busy HR generalist role
- Sound knowledge of NI employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, absence management, and performance processes
- Confident using HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
- Support employee relations matters, including absence management and performance issues
- Maintain HR records, reporting, and HR system updates
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives
