VANRATH are recruiting a Heating Engineer to work on servicing and response maintenance of domestic properties in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is a permanent opportunity with an organisation that can provide long‑term career stability and progression.
Remuneration: £32,000 – £38,000 DOE + van / fuel / package
Package Includes:
- Company van and fuel card for business use
- Pension Scheme

Key Responsibilities:
- Gas/Oil Maintenance repairs and breakdown repairs
- Annual Gas/Oil Services in domestic properties
- Inspections and safety checks on Gas boilers
- Safety checks and services on Oil appliances
The Ideal Person:
- NVQ Level 3 or time served
- Gas Safe registered with experience in servicing domestic gas systems
- Experience in fault finding on domestic central heating systems and boilers
- Valid CSR card
- Relevant on‑site experience in similar role
- Ability to demonstrate good teamwork values
- Full driving licence
- Available to carry out callouts on a rotational basis
