  • Previous experience in Transport Planning or Fleet Coordination
  • Good knowledge of UK & Ireland geography
  • Understanding of Tachograph Regulations and the Working Time Directive

  • CPC qualification is advantageous but not mandatory

What you’ll do

  • Plan, schedule, and optimise daily vehicle routes across the UK and Ireland
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, sub-contractors, and customers
  • Monitor job progress, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance
  • Support drivers with pre-briefs and debriefs
  • Manage live operational issues, troubleshooting as needed
  • Assist in KPI reporting and performance analysis
