VANRATH is partnering with a respected organisation in Ballymena to recruit an HR Officer. This is a hands-on role focused on developing a strong HR framework within a growing business. About You / Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor, Senior HR Officer, or generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law, particularly contracts, policies, and employee relations
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Confident handling disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability cases
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of an HR function
  • Comfortable advising and influencing senior stakeholders
