Vanquish Fitness was created in 2015 by two school friends, Oliver Maloney and Ruben O’Brien, and is now one of the fastest growing fitness communities in the world! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, creative Graphic Designer who is ready to take ownership of projects and play a key role in bringing product to life from concept through to production.
The Garment Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating all-over prints, placement graphics and branding executions across menswear, womenswear and accessories. This role sits within the Garment Team and takes a user-centric approach to shaping seasonal graphic stories, working closely with the Head of Design and other leadership to ensure a cohesive, commercially relevant and brand-aligned output.
Beyond design, this role requires strong ownership of the full product lifecycle, including preparing production-ready artwork, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring accurate execution through to final garment. You will act as a key link between design, product development and factories, ensuring that creative intent is maintained through production.
In addition to garment graphics, you will also support the Brand team with digital and campaign-related design, including website assets, web banners and light-touch social media graphics. This requires the ability to translate garment graphics into wider brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency across product and marketing channels.
You will have a strong awareness of fashion, lifting culture, streetwear and sportswear trends, and the ability to translate these into commercially successful graphics that resonate with the Vanquish customer.
- Lead end-to-end ownership of graphic projects from initial concept through to final production approval.
- Develop and execute graphic concepts for menswear, womenswear and accessories, including placement prints, all-over prints and branding applications.
- Build and contribute to seasonal graphic stories, aligning with brand direction and commercial objectives.
- Own the end-to-end graphic design delivery of collaboration and licensed drops, translating partner briefs into commercially viable product, managing external approvals, and ensuring seamless execution through to production.
- Create production-ready artwork packs, ensuring accuracy across sizing, placement, colour and application technique.
- Liaise directly with factories and suppliers to communicate design intent, resolve queries and ensure quality execution.
- Review samples and strike-offs, providing clear and actionable feedback to maintain design integrity.
- Present concepts, design evolution and final proposals to senior stakeholders including the leadership team.
- Support the Brand team with digital design output, including website graphics, homepage banners, campaign assets and light-touch social media content.
- Adapt and translate garment graphics into customer-facing marketing assets, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing and production teams to ensure a cohesive product and brand output.
- Maintain strong organisation across multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines and critical path deliverables.
- Continuously develop both creative and technical knowledge, particularly across print and garment application methods.
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, streetwear or sportswear. Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including exposure to production processes and supplier communication. Strong understanding of garment graphic application techniques (print, embroidery, washes, applique, etc.). Experience preparing accurate, production-ready artwork and working with offshore factories. Comfortable working across both product and digital design, with the ability to support web and marketing asset creation. Commercially aware, with the ability to balance creativity and product performance. Advanced Adobe skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills across both creative and technical teams. Experience working to target price points and understanding cost implications of design decisions. A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic work across both garment and digital outputs.
