The Role

We\’re looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our team — no prior experience in fraud is required, just a keen interest in analytics and a desire to learn. In this role, you\’ll play a vital part in protecting our customers and business by turning data into actionable insights that shape strategy and improve performance. As a Fraud Analyst, you will:
- Develop and maintain fraud dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor trends and detect emerging threats.
- Support operational fraud investigations by providing data extracts, case insights, and tool enhancements.
- Partner with technology and data teams to improve data quality, access, and automation of reporting processes.
- Contribute to regular fraud risk reviews, audits, and governance forums with clear data-driven insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends, fraud typologies, and regulatory developments to inform proactively strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for data analysis — we\’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into action.
- Experience in fraud analytics, financial crime, or data analysis is beneficial but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work with data, solve problems, and communicate insights effectively.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (such as PowerBI) is desirable.
