The Role:
As a Channel Development Manager - Vehicle Finance, you’ll be at the heart of our largest vehicle finance partnerships, driving performance and unlocking value across the board. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, analytics, customer experience, and tech teams to optimise every stage of the sales funnel, ensuring we meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for our top-tier accounts.
We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and digital savvy, ideally with experience in the vehicle finance or broker sector. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about delivering tangible results through collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the conversion and efficiency of applications into new business.
- Realising new opportunities outside of existing core business verticals.
- Reporting on performance across the business at senior and executive levels.
- Working with Ops functions to optimise customer journey.
- Ensure KPI targets are met and procedures followed, acting as a day-to-day support to the Senior Manager Intermediated Sales.
- Undertaking market research and analysis and producing business plans/recommendations to ensure that all business development opportunities are optimised and compliant.
- Adhering to the FCA conduct rules.
- Constantly driving improvements by taking the lead with wider business projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Vehicle Finance Sales and commercial acumen.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Vehicle Finance products, processes and market dynamics.
- Experience operating in a highly regulated environment.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Experience in a tech enabled / digital broker role, preferably with Price Comparison experience.
