Location: Bradford, Chatham, Petersfield
Working Pattern: Hybrid (usually a couple of days a week in the office). We welcome part-time and flexible arrangements and will aim to match your current flexibility where possible.

The Role
You and your Team
We’re looking for an Application Support Analyst to support key platforms including Salesforce, Genesys, MuleSoft, GoAnywhere (MFT/SFTP), and Sumo Logic. You’ll investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and support systems across application, integration, and data layers. Working closely with engineering teams, you’ll help resolve defects and improve system reliability.
As an Application Support Analyst, you will:
- Provide technical application support, owning incidents from investigation through to resolution and root cause analysis.
- Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce, MuleSoft APIs, GoAnywhere (MFT/SFTP), and Genesys platforms.
- Monitor system health and analyse logs, API payloads, and dashboards (Sumo Logic) to identify failures and performance issues.
- Manage incidents, defects, and changes using ITSM and Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution aligned to business priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues, improve reliability, and implement long‑term fixes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in application support, integration support, or a similar technical role.
- Proven background supporting business‑critical systems with multiple integrations.
- Hands‑on experience working with enterprise platforms and integration ecosystems.
- Strong experience in incident and problem management within production environments.
