Job Title: Customer Account Agent Contract Type: Permanent Location: Petersfield Working Pattern: Hybrid once training has been completed you will be in the office 1 day a week (Tuesday). We want to ensure that you are set up for success, therefore during training you will be required to be in full time (up to the first 4 weeks in role) Our team operate on a shift basis, with our lines open from 8.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work 1 Saturday a month, from 9am to 4pm.
