JOB PURPOSE
We’re looking for a driven and self‑motivated individual to join our Local Business team in a role that offers excellent progression opportunities. You’ll be responsible for selling new and pre‑registered vehicles through leasing partners, building your own portfolio of customers, and developing long‑term relationships. Success in this role means exceeding sales targets, delivering exceptional satisfaction, and generating revenue in line with annual budgets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Local Business team by attending customer visits to learn the Carparison way of B2B selling, and prospecting for new opportunities through networking, outbound activity, and internal databases.
- Act as a key point of contact throughout the customer journey, from generating appointments to post‑delivery support and contract management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and funders, ensuring excellent service and long‑term retention.
- Deliver sales in line with Carparison processes while managing your own pipeline, administration, and diary effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records, handle deal administration, and communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, and support teams to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end process.
KNOWLEDGE & SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS
- Demonstrates their enthusiasm and passion for selling motor vehicles in the contract hire/leasing industry.
- Is highly motivated, articulate and communicates effectively.
- Has sound knowledge of financial product and is trained in sales and telesales.
