Job Description
We're working with a well-established civil engineering specialist delivering critical infrastructure projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they're looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor and a Seniour Quantity Surveyor to work from their Leeds office.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in driving commercial performance across a varied portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
/n
As a QS/SQS you'll be trusted to manage the commercial lifecycle of projects, including:
/n
/n
- Taking full commercial responsibility for multiple live projects
/n
- Managing costs, forecasts, and project budgets
/n
- Preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accounts
/n
- Overseeing subcontractor procurement and commercial management
/n
- Producing CVRs, cashflow forecasts, and financial reports
/n
- Advising operational teams on contractual matters
/n
- Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
/n
/n
What We're Looking For
/n
We're keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who are:
/n
/n
- Experienced within civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction
/n
- Confident managing projects independently or as part of a team
/n
- Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
/n
- Familiar with NEC contracts
/n
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying or similar
/n
- Rail experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
/n
