We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Analyst to join a leading banking client on an initial 6-month contract. This role is inside IR35 and requires proven experience within the financial services sector. Based in Sheffield, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery and governance across a portfolio of high-impact financial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive PMO support, including planning, reporting, and governance activities.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor project progress, tracking key metrics and highlighting risks or issues.
- Assist in resource planning, budget tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing key actions and decisions.
- Support senior stakeholders with accurate data insights and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience as a PMO Analyst within the financial services sector.
