The Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for new leads, responsible for:

• Conducting discovery calls and closing deals with property owners and partners.
• Managing and nurturing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
• Working closely with marketing to create and refine lead generation strategies.
• Leading local outreach initiatives—networking events, cold calling, CSR campaigns, and more.
• Collaborating with your assistant to organise meetings, follow-ups, and prospecting campaigns.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Marketing and business development experience.
• Hospitality or property industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
